  • Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

At TechWebsters, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service and a seamless experience. To ensure transparency and address any concerns regarding cancellations and refunds, we have implemented the following refund policy:

    • Project Milestones: Each project is divided into milestones, and we allocate time and resources accordingly. Once work has been completed for a milestone or module, a refund for that specific portion of the project will not be possible.
    • Project Termination: In the event of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client will retain control of all completed work. However, any payment made for further development will become void, and no previous payment or deposit will be refunded.
    • Approval of Mock-up Designs: Once the client approves the mock-up designs and we proceed into the development phase, no payment will be refunded.
    • Midway Project Cancellations: We do not provide partial refunds for projects that are cancelled midway through a milestone phase.
    • Limited Time Offers: Special offers provided by our marketing team on occasions are non-refundable. These offers are time-limited and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
    • Digital Marketing Packages: Digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but clients may cancel these packages with a written notice given 30 days in advance.
    • Abandoned or Dormant Projects: We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days.

    Refund & Processing Time

PayHere is our Online Payment Gateway Service.

We understand that timely refunds are important to our customers. The duration for a refund to be reflected on a customer's card depends on the refund type:

    • Instant Refund: In the case of an Instant Refund, the process is completed in real-time, and the refund is immediately reflected on the customer's card as a Payment Void. Since the payment has not been transferred to your bank account yet, you will not see the payment or the refund in your payouts.
    • Delayed Refund: A delayed refund may take 5-10 days or even longer to be reflected on the customer's card as a Refund. This type of refund is processed when the payment has already been transferred to your bank account, and it undergoes a time-consuming process. Here's how it works:
    • Refund Recovery Process: When you initiate a refund during the day, PayHere waits until the day-end batch process to recover the funds from your bank account balance or future payouts. If your bank account balance or due payout has sufficient funds to facilitate the refund, the amount is recovered, and Pay Here processes the refund. If the funds are not available, the process continues until the funds are recovered from your account.
    • Refund Processing Time: Once the refund is processed by PayHere, it takes approximately 5 to 10 days from that point for the refund to be reflected on the customer's card.

During this period, the refund will also be visible in your payouts on the date it is processed by PayHere. The time-consuming nature of the refund settlement process is due to the manual involvement of most banks in processing refunds, as opposed to the automated systems used for payment settlements.

We understand that the delay in refund settlement can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we are constantly working to improve the efficiency of the refund process.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically.

If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our refund policy, please contact our customer support team at info@techwebster.com We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
